Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO…
The Store Systems Technical Support team is responsible for all Stores Globally to support the stores applications. The applications range from Finance, Item, Pricing, and Shelf Printing, among others.
As a member of the Store Systems Team, you will support the stores ability to service the customer by ensuring that the tools the stores need are functional.
The team is a fast paced team that supports each other and works together to achieve the goals of the team in supporting stores.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an engineer on the team, you will work on a variety of applications to ensure that they are functioning properly for the store. This will include learning new support processes, documenting playbooks, and creating automations to make support easier.
