POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly strategic, field-oriented sales leader to drive national growth through effective territory development and team leadership. This is a high-impact role focused on building and managing a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy from the ground up.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven background in field sales with experience building and managing sales territories from the ground up
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven, analytical approach to territory management and revenue forecasting
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coaching, hiring, and retaining outside sales representatives or rep agencies
  • Industry knowledge in construction equipment or heavy machinery parts is highly desirable
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, and execution skills

Responsibilities
  • Segment the U.S. market by regions (e.g., Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, Northeast, West Coast) and evaluate revenue potential using real market data, including machine population, industry verticals, and competitive share
  • Design and manage a nationwide field sales team or independent rep network aligned to territory potential and demand
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to tailor messaging per region and support targeted growth campaigns, especially in preparation for major industry events like ConExpo
  • Build and implement a comprehensive U.S. sales growth strategy within the first 90 days
