Job Description Provides AFNET workstation compliance, patching, Active Directory administration, FM system installation and troubleshooting, telecom support, continuity binder management, inventory control, and privileged user cybersecurity functions. Location – Offutt AFB Responsibilities - Install, configure, patch, and maintain AFNET-compliant systems. - Maintain and troubleshoot all financial applications (DEAMS, DTS, IAPS, JOCAS, FM Suite, PIEE, etc.). - Serve as Active Directory and DRA administrator. - Perform IAO duties including incident reporting, Remedy ticketing, IA compliance. - Support telecom: VoIP, VTC, conference systems. - Maintain AF Portal and SharePoint content. - Manage ITAM inventory and equipment custodian responsibilities. - Maintain continuity binder and update quarterly. - Support monthly system health reporting and vulnerability mitigation. - Provide user training for MS Office, Windows, Teams, and telework systems. - Perform cybersecurity functions aligned with DoD 8140/DCWF Work Role 451. Qualifications Required:- US Citizenship and active Secret clearance. - DoD 8140/DCWF Role 451 Intermediate certification. - Expertise with AFNET systems, financial systems, and workstation management. - Proficiency with Windows, Office, Active Directory, Remedy, and Power BI. Desired:- Experience with Air Force financial systems and IT accountability.
