HCTM’s Off boarding & Post Employment division requires HR specialists to process complex Civil Service and Foreign Service retirement cases. Salary Range: $110,000–$135,000 Position Summary: Independently execute complex retirement case files including service history reconciliation and benefits documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Review retirement cases for accuracy and completeness. - Identify and resolve retirement coverage discrepancies. - Prepare case packets for OPM or State submission. - Support peer reviews and retirement-related QA. Minimum Qualifications: - Advanced knowledge of federal retirement systems (CSRS, FERS, FEHB, FEGLI, TSP, OWCP). - Equivalent experience to GS-12/13 HR retirement processing. Flexible work from home options available.
