Hybrid Role with 3 days/wk in office in Waukesha, WI.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School Equivalency & 6 years: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Operational Experience: Minimum of 4 years of operational and process work experience.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge and experience with concepts of sales, margin, price, mix in relation to driving business growth.
  • Strong Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Executive Communication: Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering presentations and memoranda to senior-level executives.
  • Problem-Solving: Clear thinking and a successful track record in leading process improvements within operations and finance functions.
  • Project Management: Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, demonstrating established project management skills.
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in data compilation and aggregation using Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Macros, PowerQuery).
