Description Overview: Vistra seeks an experienced Senior POL-MIL Analyst to serve as a subject matter expertise to plan and execute regional theater SC activities by; conducting regional pol-mil analysis, advising the Commander and staff on pol-mil affairs, integrating national and strategic guidance, coordinating applicable country / region SC activities with other DoD and/or DoS, and providing in-country / on-site visit and engagement support directly to CENTCOM senior staff (Directorate, Component, and Command Group leadership). Key Responsibilities: Provide country-specific Pol-Mil subject matter expertise directly to the commander and immediate staff during theater travel and key leader engagements. Assist in the development of significant security cooperation initiatives (SSCI) for the assigned country / region that supports the theater campaign plan (TCP). Provide TSC and Pol-Mil country / region specific subject matter expertise to the command and staff. Provide region specific subject matter expertise to the interagency. Assist the country Military Groups (MILGP’S) develop their country specific security cooperation plan and integrate that plan into the TCP. Proficiency in MS Office 365 Excellent communication skills Coordinating across CENTCOM Directorates, OSD, COCOMS, and DATT and PEOs Requirements Qualifications: Clearance: TS/SCI Clearance Education: Masters Degree Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university, and 10 or more years of qualifying experience can be substituted for a master’s degree and five years’ experience.
