Description
Description Vistra seeks an experienced Program Manager to provide planning support for U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and providing input into CENTCOM Program Objective Memorandum. The Program Manager will support objectives outlined in strategic guidance, the CENTCOM Campaign Plan (CCP), and the various Country Security Cooperation Plans (CSCP). Key Responsibilities: The TCA PM will analyze past performance and current and expected conditions impacting the program and advise the government on recommendations for long-term program strategy. PM will prepare annual data call tasker to solicit submission of proposed TCA activities for the annual program consolidate responses into a draft program for the following fiscal year. PM will track, manage, and maintain events in the Concepts and Funding Request (CFR) system (or approved follow-on system) and review all submitted proposals for compliance with submission guidance and to identify any potential legal or policy issues. PM will resolve any issues with the proposal’s sponsor and recommend approval or disapproval of each proposal. Prepare any required CFR entries for events administered by the CCJ5 Resource Integration Branch (CCJ5-SCR). Long-range impact of work processes and other implications of studies and projects. Coordinate across CENTCOM Directorates, OSD, COCOMS, DATTs, and PEOs Excellent communication skills Proficiency in MS Office 365 Requirements Qualifications: TS/SCI Clearance Education: Master’s Degree Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience. A bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of qualifying experience can be substituted for a master’s degree and five years’ experience.
