Description Vistra seeks an experienced TSC Senior Strategist Planner that provides program and analysis subject matter expertise to develop, produce, and implement USCENTCOM TSC strategy, objectives, and plans. This position uses their knowledge, skills and abilities to develop TSC plans and associated/required documents in support of Security Cooperation such as the USCENTCOM CCP, Integrated Country Campaign Plan (ICCP), CSCPs and other higher headquarters strategies, objectives and requirements. Key Responsibilities: Function as the USCENTCOM manager for the Country SC Plan (CSCP) development process by leading the integration of the CSCP into the CCP cycle, managing tasks to subordinate commands, and consolidating /submitting CSCPs for final approval. Assists in all countries within the CENTCOM AOR require a Country Security Cooperation (SC) Plan. Assist technical preparations, planning and execution of all TSC command-sponsored events to include facilitating data recording, application development and information management utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Assist the preparation of TSC briefings for OSD, the CENTCOM Commander and Deputy Commander and visiting dignitaries /others as requested. Assist development of briefings and documents for various forums sponsored by the CENTCOM J5 for TSC. Coordinate across CENTCOM Directorates, OSD, COCOMS, DATTs, and PEOs Excellent communication skills Proficiency in MS Office 365 Requirements Qualifications: Clerance: TS/SCI Clearance Education: Bachelors Degree Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university, and 10 or more years of qualifying experience can be substituted for a master’s degree and five years’ experience.
