Description Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street), a leading small business provider of operational support services to Federal civilian and defense agencies, is seeking to hire a Debt Management Services to support our prospective client within the Department of Agriculture, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, National Finance Center (NFC), Government Employees Services Division (GESD). This position is to be performed onsite in New Orleans, LA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform extensive research and processing to resolve Claims Services ServiceNow tickets and Treasury Reels. This may include updating suspension or collection codes in the ABCO system. Perform extensive research and processing to resolve transactions on Unapplied Schedules and Treasury Reels. Perform extensive research and processing to resolve ServiceNow tickets for the 9E0675 Schedules. This includes manually running SAS reports and researching and/or processing individual bills. Thoroughly research accounts and take appropriate processing steps accurately and timely. Perform extensive research and processing to resolve Treasury Credits. Thoroughly research accounts and take appropriate processing steps accurately and timely. Perform extensive research and processing to resolve transactions on Unapplied Schedules and Treasury Reels. Requirements Job Requirements and Experience Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite Products, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel to track incoming documents. Experience working in an office environment processing large volumes of customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. These tasks are expected to be processed under strict deadlines. Knowledge of and ability to use an automated tracking system such as Service Now or Remedy to establish clear and concise tickets or reported issues. Experience with data entry into an automated system. Experience working in a team environment to achieve results and ensure customer satisfaction is delivered. ADA Requirements Operate a PC and phone in an office environment. Work in a primarily sedentary position. Perform some bending, light lifting, and carrying of equipment may be required. Any additional office equipment that is required by the position.
