Description Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street), a leading small business provider of operational support services to Federal civilian and defense agencies, is seeking to hire a GISB Insurance Processing Services to support our prospective client within the Department of Agriculture, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, National Finance Center (NFC), Government Employees Services Division (GESD). This position is to be performed onsite in New Orleans, LA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive incoming emails and Iron Mountain Tickets and assign to the group level in Service Now. Thoroughly review incoming emails and Iron Mountain tickets to assign in ServiceNow on the appropriate templates for the Insurance Group. Document/Batch Data Entry. Entry of SF2809/2810 into DPRW system and batch documents into the DPRS System/Tier One Processing. Using data from source documents, enter into the DPRS/DPRW Systems batches and/or online updates. Reprinted coupons. Identify returned mail from Iron Mountain tickets and update Mindicator in Mainframe Applications Gather the supporting documentation from Iron Mountain and or incoming mail and accurately establish indicators as needed. Requirements Job Requirements and Experience Proficient use the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply an extensive body of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to process enrollments, payments, adjustments and enrollment related changes. Knowledge of and ability to use an automated tracking system such as Service Now or Remedy to establish clear and concise tickets or reported issues. Knowledge of and ability to use an automated system to enter data. Preferred knowledge of processing enrollments, payments and adjustments using an automated system. Ability to plan and organize work to meet rigorous deadlines and defined metrics. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to exchange information. Ability to work in a diverse team to achieve results and meet expectations ADA Requirements Operate a PC and phone in an office environment. Work in a primarily sedentary position. Perform some bending, light lifting, and carrying of equipment may be required. Any additional office equipment that is required by the position.
