Successful KC Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic Used Car Manager to join our team in Kansas. In this pivotal role, you will lead our used car operations, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering quality service and fostering community relationships. 2+ years of automotive dealership sales management experience is required.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOBILE SALES OR DEALERSHIP MANAGEMENT.

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes in an automotive context.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-hire drug screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must have 2+ years of automotive sales management experience
