REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in auto sales, consignment, or related field
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Familiarity with vehicle valuation tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Consignment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing vehicles for consignment, building strong relationships with clients, and managing the sales process from intake to delivery. This role requires a strong knowledge of the used car market, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquire vehicle consignments through outreach, referrals, and walk-ins
• Evaluate vehicles and work with clients to establish fair market pricing
• Manage consignment agreements and ensure legal compliance
• Coordinate vehicle photography, listings, and marketing
• Handle customer inquiries and negotiate offers
• Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the consignment process
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize exposure
