We are seeking a proven Used Car Manager who can drive inventory acquisition and profitability. This is a hands-on buying and operational role for someone who can source, appraise, and acquire 80+ units per month while maintaining strong front-end margins of $3,000+.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $300,000Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire 80+ vehicles monthly at target gross margins.
• Appraise trades, execute buy bids, and manage finance buyouts.
• Travel to auctions, dealerships, and private sellers as needed.
• Oversee reconditioning and ensure vehicles are front-line ready within benchmarks.
• Manage aged inventory proactively to maintain strong velocity.
• Price vehicles daily with discipline, based on market conditions.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to maximize total store profitability.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a Used Car Manager, Buyer, or similar role with proven results.
• Strong auction and sourcing expertise.
• V-Auto or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of buying at volume with consistent gross.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
