JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Manager to lead our dealership’s used car operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales and management, with the ability to drive sales growth while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage inventory, negotiate deals, and foster relationships with customers and vendors alike.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in automobile sales, with a strong understanding of retail math and inventory management principles.
  • Demonstrated success in high-end sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in public speaking or training roles is preferred; comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.
