JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for driving incremental new vehicle sales through trade-in programs, executing trade-in campaigns, managing the purchase of trade-in vehicles, and expanding the trader network. The role also involves supporting the sales team with used car documentation and coordinating vehicle transfers and RTA-related work.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in trade-in vehicle management, used car sales, or automotive operations.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle valuation, market pricing, and resale trends.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory and RTA requirements for vehicle transfers.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with traders and customers.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for documentation handling.

Responsibilities
  • Incremental New Vehicle Sales Through Trade-In:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase new vehicle sales via trade-in programs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify trade-in opportunities and enhance conversion rates.
  • Trade-In Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute trade-in campaigns to attract potential customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote trade-in offers and incentives.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
  • Purchase of Trade-In Vehicles:
  • Evaluate trade-in vehicles and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and determine resale value.
  • Negotiate with customers to facilitate smooth trade-in transactions.
  • Expansion of Trader Network:
  • Build and maintain relationships with used car traders and dealerships.
  • Identify and onboard new trading partners to enhance resale opportunities.
  • Ensure a seamless flow of trade-in vehicles through an expanded trader network.
  • Used Car Documentation Support:
  • Assist the sales team in handling all required documentation for used cars.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and streamline documentation processes.
  • Transfers & RTA Liaison:
  • Manage vehicle ownership transfers in coordination with RTA.
  • Ensure all RTA-related procedures are followed correctly and efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and government authorities for vehicle-related tasks.
