As a Used Car Recon Foreman, you’ll supervise daily operations in the service shop, assist technicians with diagnostics, ensure quality control, and coordinate closely with Service Advisors and Parts staff. You’ll play a key role in technician productivity, customer satisfaction, and shop performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of technicians in the Recon department
• Dispatch repair orders efficiently and monitor technician productivity
• Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting complex repairs
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure seamless workflow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant shop environment
• Mentor, train, and develop technicians to enhance team capability and performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive technician experience
• Leadership experience strongly preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic technical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership ability with focus on team performance and accountability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with dealership Reynolds systems a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
