Our Used Car Refurb Supervisors are the front-line leaders of our used car refurb operation. They act as
brand ambassadors, delivering an exceptional experience to customers, managing day-to-day operations
as well as proactively developing team members to reach their full potential. We hire leaders who want

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise the health and safety compliance across the location, setting the tone and always leading by example
  • Oversee and lead a team of used cars service technicians to achieve results and set targets.
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones and feedback sessions with team members, providing constructive and clear coaching, identifying training needs, and driving their development.
  • Plan, prepare and distribute work based on skill level, capacity and resource
  • Monitor performance consistently and be responsible for quality within your team, reporting progress to management daily, together with any specific incidents
  • Identify any roadblocks disturbing workflow and ensure that everyone has the tools and training to perform their role successfully
  • Responsible for tooling inventory management, cost controls, and tool orders
  • Ensure that work standards and available procedures are up-to-date accurate and that all work is compliant
  • Hold daily meetings with the team, outlining expectations and workload for the day ahead
  • Act as the main point of contact with partner teams to ensure smooth business continuity
  • Motivate, lead and inspire the team in continuous improvements and efficiencies
  • Liaise daily with internal teams within the used car refurb center, service, sales and delivery teams

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven background of leading an organization or national business function
  • Strong bias for data and impact driven
  • Ability to move between a high-level, holistic business approach and communicating with employees on a grass-roots level
  • Excellent organization skills, with experience of high-level reporting
  • Experience of working in an agile environment, where you have responded quickly to changing business needs
  • Safe to drive: We require you to hold a driver’s license.
  • Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts.
  • You are willing to travel when needed
  • Eligible: to work in UK
