This base salary + commission role is ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Best of all, you don't have to compete with other sales reps, meaning every sale you earn a commission. What You’ll Do as a Used Car Sales Associate Foster a culture focused on Safety First and Environmental Stewardship Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service Manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections Process car titles and ensure compliance with all documentation standards Meet individual and team sales goals Maintain facility cleanliness and organization Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays) Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
