WHAT YOU BRING:

• Previous automotive sales experience (used car experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the used car market and ability to speak to value and reliability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid OMVIC license and clean driver’s abstract

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Northway Ford Lincoln is growing — and so is our used car department. We’re looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Advisor who knows how to build trust, uncover needs, and match customers with the right vehicle from our pre-loved lot. If you’re someone who loves a fast-paced, target-driven environment and knows how to move product without the pressure tactics, we want to talk.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Guide customers through the pre-owned buying process from test drive to delivery
• Maintain deep product knowledge on our used inventory (and stay quick on trade-in values)
• Collaborate with our appraisal and finance teams to create seamless transactions
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships with transparency and care
• Hit monthly volume and customer satisfaction goals
