We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure a fair and profitable sale
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, current promotions, and dealership policies
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Sales support: Ability to provide support to customers throughout the sales process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Math: Strong mathematical skills to calculate pricing, and financing options.
- Phone etiquette: Excellent phone manners to handle customer inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close deals.
- Market knowledge: Understanding of current market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years used automotive sales experience
  • OMVIC License (mandatory)
  • Valid Ontario G Drivers License
  • Customer service focus
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and learn new skills
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customer
  • 3 years Dealer socket and Dealer track Experience
