ABOUT THE ROLE

Leigh Cars is a family run independent used car dealership established in 2017. Due to continued business growth and expansion we have an exciting sales vacancy available. This role is suitable for somebody who has a genuine interest in business, an enthusiasm for learning and excellent customer service skills.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Initiate contact with potential customers and respond to enquiries made
· Contact customers regularly and keep notes up to date on in-house systems
· Learn and understand the finance options that are available to customers and be able to differentiate between products to ensure the customer receives the most appropriate service.
· Complete hand overs in a professional manner.
· Obtain reviews and friend/relative referrals from customers
