We are seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales operation, drive inventory acquisition, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000+ per year What You'll Do Lead and grow the dealership's pre-owned vehicle sales operation Develop and execute a successful vehicle acquisition strategy Source inventory through trade-ins, auctions, and direct purchases Manage vehicle appraisals, pricing, and inventory merchandising Monitor departmental performance, forecasts, and profitability Coach, train, and develop a high-performing sales team Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the purchase process Collaborate with leadership to achieve dealership goals and objectives What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of automotive industry experience At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager Proven success in vehicle acquisition and inventory management Strong understanding of appraisal tools, market pricing, and dealership operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing market Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete a background check Automotive management experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and leadership presence What We Offer Health and Dental Insurance 401(k) and Roth Retirement Plans Paid Time Off Career Advancement Opportunities Employee Discounts on Sales, Parts, and Service Paid Manufacturer Training and Certifications If you're a high-performing automotive leader looking to build and grow a successful pre-owned operation within a luxury automotive environment, we'd love to hear from you! $Ol35
