You’ll need to:
Be a natural closer who lives for the sale.
Understand and execute online marketing and advertising (Facebook, Craigslist, Marketplace, Google, etc.)
Know how to buy and sell cars for profit – from auction or local sources
Manage your own deals and work the phones, the lot, and the leads
Have the startup grind mentality – you’re not waiting to be told what to do
