EMG Motor Group is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join the management team at our Kings Lynn dealership. This role offers a competitive OTE of up to £70,000, plus benefits, including the use of a company car.
EMG Sales Managers work flexible schedules, to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Used Car Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for achieving agreed sales targets for used vehicles while maintaining strict financial and operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Foster trust, communicate effectively, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every customer’s journey with EMG Motor Group is second to none.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the sales team with daily operations, including customer engagement, managing the sales funnel, preparing vehicles, and closing deals.
• Guide the team to meet monthly KPIs, including unit sales, profit per vehicle, finance penetration, and additional product sales, ensuring sales and profit forecasts are consistently met.
• Oversee the accurate collection and management of customer and vehicle data to maximise the effectiveness of the customer database while adhering to FCA compliance standards.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and provide detailed sales reports as required.
