Are you a dynamic and results-driven automotive sales professional looking for an exciting leadership role? We are seeking a highly motivated Used Car Sales Manager to join our team in Telford, Shropshire and drive our used vehicle sales to new heights.
The Role:

As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our used car sales operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded while delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Managing stock levels and vehicle pricing to maximise profitability
  • Driving online and showroom sales strategies to increase customer engagement
  • Ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Training and developing the sales team to maintain high performance standards
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally in a management role
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
