You’ll earn a solid base and with a bonus structure that will grow your pay as you grow the store. Approx. $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year (includes bonus pay)

What You’ll Do: As the Used Car Sales Manager, you’ll be running the sales floor, managing the team, and helping take our store to the next level. We want someone who knows how to push volume and gross—and gets fired up by results. You’ll be responsible for driving profitability and customer satisfaction by managing and inspiring a dynamic team. Your focus will be on overseeing sales operations for both new and used vehicles, maximizing revenue, and maintaining our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of the new and used car sales department.
  • Leading, hiring, training, and motivating a team of talented sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring a desirable vehicle selection for customers.
  • Supervising and assisting in desk deals, pricing, and closing car sales.
  • Fostering a positive, team-oriented work culture to encourage productivity and success.
  • Proactively coordinating with sales, F&I, and other departments for seamless operations.
  • Driving customer retention through superior service, reviews, referrals, and repeat business.
