REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership or automotive environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory; however, strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated for outside sales efforts.
  • A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry is highly desirable.
