Brian Cullen Motors
Potential to earn $125,000-$175,000 in this commission based position
Brian Cullen Motors is looking for a Used F&I Manager to effectively support our Used Sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and a proven track record of high performance as a dealership finance and insurance manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Review all documentation pertaining to the sales agreement with every customer to ensure all contract information is correct
  • Process credit approval and discuss with client
  • Provide clients with a thorough presentation of extended warranties, aftermarket products, and protections
  • Ensure all paperwork for vehicle sales are completed in a timely manner with a strong attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the financial institutions
  • Sources and manage alternative/competitive interest rates and finance programs
  • Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approvals
  • Establish and maintain a program which will ensure 100 percent turnover to the F&I department
  • Provide ongoing training to the sales team hi-lighting the benefits of financing, insurance and extended service programs
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time
  • Exemplify a professional, friendly and effective manner while providing knowledgeable information to our clients
