From the first step in the purchase or leasing process to ongoing service and maintenance, our dedicated team works hard to keep our customers’ trucks on the road and running strong.   Role Overview We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Used Truck Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you’ll own the full sales process—from prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals. You’ll be the face of our used truck business, helping customers find the right solutions for their needs while hitting and exceeding your sales goals. What You’ll Do * Drive new business growth by prospecting, cold calling, and developing relationships with medium- and heavy-duty truck customers. * Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. * Build strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service and follow-through. * Collaborate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success * Use data mining to identify new opportunities, re-engage inactive accounts, and nurture long-term partnerships. * Accurately track leads, customer touches, and call activity in our CRM system. * Stay current on training, product knowledge, and dealership initiatives. * Distribute promotional materials and prepare proposals to support sales efforts. * Support cross-department initiatives and take on additional tasks as needed.   What We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Highly self-motivated with energy, confidence, and integrity—able to thrive without daily supervision. * Skilled negotiator who can build trust and close deals at all management levels. * Organized and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Customer service mindset with excellent phone and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new business systems (CRM experience a plus). * Willingness to travel as needed.   Why You’ll Love Working Here Time off: 16 days PTO plus holidays in your first year.
