The job What You’ll Be Doing: Planning, executing, and scaling web user acquisition campaigns across Paid Social channels, with a focus on high-intent, converting traffic Driving incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation Collaborating with product, analytics, and creative teams to create effective landing pages and campaign assets Generating insights from performance data and proactively identifying areas of opportunity Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations Must have: 2+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Social channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat) Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities Proficiency using tools like Looker Studio, Funnel.io, or similar BI platforms to analyze and present performance data Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio) to boost campaign efficiency and ideation Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English Market research and competitors analysis Nice to have: Solid understanding of web attribution models and tools (e.g., last-click vs. data-driven attribution, first-party tracking) Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for web Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries Familiarity with server-side tracking, privacy-compliant measurement setups (e.g., Consent Mode, enhanced conversions) Experience with automation tools for testing and campaign management Salary range from 3800 EUR How we work We’re a mission-led, product-driven team.
