As a User Acquisition Manager, you will take full ownership of high-scale user acquisition and growth, managing monthly advertising budgets starting from $500,000+ USD. This role is built for someone who has already operated at serious scale and is comfortable making fast, high-impact decisions. You’ll work closely with product, data, and creative teams to turn experimentation into predictable, global growth. Responsibilities Own High-Scale Growth Plan, launch, and scale multi-channel UA campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok (AppLovin is a strong plus) Manage and optimize $500,000+ monthly ad spend with a strong focus on ROAS and LTV Lead Creative Strategy Define creative hypotheses, write clear briefs, and analyze creative-level performance Work closely with designers and video teams to iterate fast and scale winning creatives Master the Funnel Optimize the full acquisition journey: ad → store → onboarding → paywall → subscription Partner with Product to improve conversion, retention, and monetization Data-Driven Scaling Use Singular / Adjust, SKAN metrics, cohorts, and LTV models to guide decisions Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable growth insights Platform & Partner Management Work directly with Google, Meta, TikTok, and Apple account teams Unlock scale, solve complex issues, and gain access to betas and new opportunities Experiment Relentlessly Test new channels, geographies, audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, and formats Continuously search for the next growth lever What We’re Looking For Proven UA Experience 5+ years managing high-volume UA campaigns for mobile apps (iOS & Android) High-Budget Ownership Demonstrated experience managing $500,000+ monthly ad budgets with clear scaling and profitability results Multi-Channel Expertise Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok AppLovin experience is a strong plus Strong Technical Foundation Deep understanding of SKAN, mobile attribution, and performance marketing fundamentals Web-to-App experience is a bonus Data-Driven & Strategic Comfortable analyzing large datasets and turning insights into execution Creative Mindset Strong creative strategy background with a performance-first approach Language Fluent in English High Ownership & Real Impact – Your work directly drives global growth Fast-Growing AI Startup – Learn fast, build fast, scale fast Flexible Work Culture – Outcome-driven, not hour-driven Competitive Compensation – Based on experience and performance Top-Tier Equipment – MacBook, large screen, and premium tools Learning & Development Budget – Keep leveling up Founder-Level Access – Work closely with founders and product leaders Global Product Exposure – Build products used across multiple countries
