Working closely with people from all functions, you will have excellent opportunities to make your mark and develop in a flexible environment where collaboration and innovation are key.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Your educational background is less important than your experience and mindset. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience within organizational change management, communication, design thinking, or a related field, preferably in a digital environment.

  • Track and adapt user adoption efforts by providing support on adoption metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and responsiveness to feedback.
  • Develop and refine organizational change management tools, collaborating with stakeholders, peers and other colleagues to shape and innovate the ways we work with user adoption in Global IT, embracing a fail-fast, learn-fast approach.
