We are seeking a User Adoption Specialist to develop user adoption competencies in our Global IT organization and facilitate the people side of change when delivering IT solutions to our end-users across all functions in Ascendis Pharma.
You will join the Ascendis Pharma Global IT User Adoption Competency Team and become part of a tight-knit, resourceful, and autonomous team. We mentor, advise, and collaborate across functions in Global IT and beyond to facilitate digital user adoption focusing on the desired outcomes.
You will report directly to Anne Katrine Carlsson Sejr, Director of IT User Adoption & Product Coaching who is based in Hellerup, Denmark. You will also be based in Hellerup, Denmark.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Your educational background is less important than your experience and mindset. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience within organizational change management, communication, design thinking, or a related field, preferably in a digital environment.
