Responsibilities

We are looking for a user assistance developer to work closely with stakeholders in different roles in SAP CX AI Toolkit and other SAP CX products. SAP CX AI Toolkit is a new solution with built-in AI capabilities to automate time-consuming tasks and quickly analyze data from across the enterprise.

  • Creating, delivering, and publishing Help documentation and UI text content
  • Handling documentation and other UA deliverables in various portals/forums
  • Defining terminology and creating terms in SAPterm
  • Supporting product managers, development, and UX designers with your knowledge and writing skills
  • Willing to take responsibility to understand the requirements of developers/product owner teams for documentation
