Job Description Are you passionate about providing the best user experience through training and deployment by actively engaging and building relationships with them? This role is about making transformation of processes and systems come to life for the users through impactful and seamless training, and with a spark of playfulness! Core Responsibilities Drive the overall plan for securing training and user readiness for the ERP SAP 4/HANA transformation and future leaps Drive onboarding of subject matter experts (trainers) into the training methodology and tool Organise the training curriculum and follow up to secure training materials are ready for the planned training sessions in collaboration with stream leads Drive standardisation and quality in the training materials and be the connection point for subject matter experts preparing the training materials Collect learnings from the user engagements, and drive improvement of the training materials and methodology based on the learnings Be the center of excellence on securing robust yet balanced onboarding of trainers and users Work closely with central HR Learning & Development function providing a steer on central best practice, and leverage this in the Training planning and execution. Connect with the super user communities to ensure sharing of best practice, and capture insights and continuous feedback on training methodologies to drive overall improvement Play your part in our team succeeding The ERP Experience Manager is key in driving a successful ERP transformation and future leaps. Securing user upskilling and building confidence in the planned changes is key in driving successful transformations. Do you have what it takes? Master/BA Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in developing large scale training frameworks and driving successful user onboarding in transformations Proven project management skills, experienced in organiszing and leading timely deliveries on Learning and Development projects Ability to lead the end-to-end process of translating learning needs into a learning curriculum Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple partners, as you will be engaging with subject matter experts (SMEs) preparing the training and the business being trained Proven experience on e-learning with curiosity to engage in continuous development of tools and methodology to deliver a seamless and impactful learning experience for the users Experience of creating, maintaining and managing learning content, platforms and curriculums Standout colleague.
