We are looking for a User Experience Analyst to join our growing team! You will bring your business and system understanding along with a human-centered approach to our products and services. You are an expert facilitator in collecting requirements from a user perspective, you enjoy identifying how data and processes can be improved to generate efficiency, and you are comfortable collaborating with multiple experts in a large company. Your mission is to demystify complex problems to design and help bring to life delightful digital experiences throughout both customer and employee journeys.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Create and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and gather requirements with a user-centered mindset.
  • Collaborate with user experience designers to document and communicate requirements.
  • Produce artifacts such as sketches, processes, and service blueprints to create a shared understanding of the experience.
  • Develop reports to communicate ideas, secure stakeholder buy-in, and inspire teams at all levels, from peers to executives.
  • Develop functional prototypes in collaboration with user experience designers to test and validate solutions for refinement.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to support the roll-out of initiatives through experimentation, testing, and refinement based on learnings.
  • Empathize with and lead stakeholders and customers through the innovation journey.
  • Advocate for customer-centricity throughout the organization.
