SUMMARY:

In this role, you will work with the Discovery team to develop agendas and activities for project discovery and framing needs, as well as assisting in the facilitation and documentation of those engagements. You will work at a detailed level and maintain the big picture of overall organizational goals while receiving guidance from more senior members of the team. You will contribute to organizing participants and materials for Discovery engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge of Agile and the software development life cycle (SDLC) highly preferred.
  • Awareness of Design Thinking concepts is a plus.
  • Facilitation experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with online collaboration and white board tools such as Miro a plus.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including Outlook and MS Teams.
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and facilitation of workshops that range from strategy, journey blueprint mapping, persona development, user story development, affinity mapping, brainstorming, idea validation, prioritization, interviews and observations, usability testing, and others.
  • Facilitate user-facing sessions and workshops, including usability testing, voice of customer (VOC) interviews, internal staff interviews, and observations.
  • Deliver Discovery artifacts to the project team at the completion of the engagements.
  • Review and develop Discovery engagement content with the team.
  • Organizing participants and materials for Discovery engagement.
  • Observe and participate in interviews with business owners and stakeholders.
