The (REMOTE) User Experience Designer role includes designing digital experiences to be straightforward, efficient, and enjoyable for users. Key responsibilities include conducting research, creating wireframes/prototypes, testing usability, and iterating based on feedback to improve overall satisfaction and meet business goals. Key tasks include user interviews, data analysis, journey mapping, and designing intuitive flows and interfaces, ensuring accessibility and brand alignment. Essential Responsibilities User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize solutions. Usability Testing: Test designs with users to find issues and validate solutions. Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs. Iteration & Analysis: Analyze user data and analytics post-launch to make continuous improvements. Design Documentation: Create and help maintain structured design documentation that captures user flows, interaction behavior, and design requirements, ensuring alignment across Product and Engineering and consistency with design system. Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation. Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and Company operations. Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company Education Bachelor's Degree UX Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Experience Strategy, Content Strategy Design Research, Accessibility preferred Equivalent combination of education & experience Professional Experience 2+ Years Designing web experiences for mobile, tablet, and desktop required Competencies & Knowledge Figma: Figma Design and Prototyping Usability Testing: Qualitative research methods Visual Design: User Interface (UI) Design Accessibility: Designing for ADA compliance A/B Testing: Quantitative research methods Design: User Experience (UX) Design Scope Work is accomplished with limited direction.
