JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for our web and mobile applications, ensuring that our users have a seamless experience throughout their journey. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct user research, and implement design strategies that align with business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and React.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization techniques and tools such as Tableau or D3.js.
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of interaction design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to create user flows, information architecture diagrams, and A/B testing strategies.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to improve user experience.
