Project Role : User Experience Engineer Project Role Description : Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. This role requires transforming design ideas into functional prototypes swiftly while carefully balancing the technical feasibility and the original design vision. The position demands close collaboration with various teams to ensure that the user interface is both intuitive and effective, contributing to the creation of seamless and engaging digital interactions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into prototype designs. - Continuously evaluate and improve user interface prototypes based on feedback and usability testing. - Document design decisions and prototype iterations to maintain clear communication within the team. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft User Interface Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience with rapid prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive user interface models. - Ability to assess technical constraints and work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility. - Familiarity with usability testing methods and incorporating user feedback into design improvements. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative user experience solutions.
