Description
Manage both large and small research initiatives collaboratively with your peers in UX Design, Product Management, Technology, Data and Analytics, and more. Willingness to run studies from end-to-end (you'll be responsible for every single step, from recruiting participants to sharing insights). Experience implementing a range of methodologies, both qualitative (e.g., moderated, unmoderated etc,.) and quantitative (e.g., A/B or multivariate testing, card sorting, survey design etc,.) An interest in working with both enterprise and consumer technology. A persuasive and compelling presentation style and being able to clearly communicate research insights. The ability to adapt, pivot, and roll with the punches. or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields Familiarity with tools like Figma, UserZoom, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and Enjoy HQ preferred. Experience in financial services, or a large corporate environment preferred. Salary range for the position: $85,000 and $140,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
