Description
Responsibilities Consult stakeholders to understand business goals and propose user-centric solutions to support finance operations effectively. Review end-to-end user journeys and recommend optimal UX designs aligned with the proposed ERP Solution and industry best practices. Identify and solve UX challenges by translating complex requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences. Create and iterate design concepts through storyboards, user flows, wireframes, screen designs, prototypes, MVPs, and other UX methodologies. Conduct user research activities such as usability testing, Hallway Testing, A/B testing, stakeholder interviews, and surveys. Translate user research findings into actionable design recommendations and improvements. Define, develop, and maintain consistent UX standards, design systems, and process patterns across the Solution. Collaborate closely with business users, developers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience designing user experiences for ERP Solutions or enterprise systems. Strong track record in delivering user-centric design solutions. Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and other UX research activities. Proficiency in developing site maps, workflows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes. Strong understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Good organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong presentation and listening skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
