JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate and crypto-native User Growth Manager to drive community engagement, brand visibility, and user acquisition for our OTC trading business. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Web3 landscape and thrives on building and growing user communities both online and offline.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of experience in user/community growth, marketing, or business development in crypto, fintech, or Web3.
• Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, DeFi, NFTs, and OTC trading.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.

• Build and engage a network of crypto-native users, influencers, and communities to drive OTC awareness and adoption.
• Organize and represent HashKey OTC at community events, industry meetups, and Web3 conferences in Singapore and the region.
• Develop and execute user acquisition and engagement strategies tailored to high-net-worth individuals and crypto traders.
• Monitor community feedback and market trends to inform product and marketing decisions.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to create relevant content, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Leverage platforms like Telegram, X (Twitter), Discord, and Reddit to foster meaningful engagement and trust.
