We are currently looking for User Operation Manager of East EU , the details Job responsibilities as below: 👤 Who You Are: Together with the GAC East team you will be building the GAC business from the ground up. The User Operation Manager of East EU is responsible for implementing the care of our users and service strategy in The East EU, Turkey and Israel. We are an innovative smart mobility brand focused on redefining the relationship between people and cars through technology and premium services. We don’t just sell vehicles — we build long-term user ecosystems and vibrant brand communities. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 1 Full User Lifecycle Management Own and optimize the full user journey: lead acquisition → test drive → purchase → delivery → ownership experience Develop user segmentation strategies (prospects / high-intent users / vehicle owners / high-value users) Design and implement strategies to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value 2 Private Domain & Community Operations Manage and grow private traffic channels (CRM, app, WeChat/WhatsApp groups, mini-programs, etc.) Design and execute engagement campaigns and owner activities to increase user stickiness Foster a strong brand-driven owner community culture 3 User Growth & Referral Programs Develop referral and viral growth programs (member-get-member, loyalty points, membership tiers) Design user incentive and benefits systems Encourage word-of-mouth marketing and user-generated content 4 Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization Monitor and analyze key metrics, including: Lead conversion rate Test drive conversion rate Delivery satisfaction Repurchase and referral rate Translate data insights into actionable optimization strategies Build dashboards and performance evaluation frameworks 5 Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Product, After-sales, and Marketing teams Establish user feedback loops and continuous improvement mechanisms Enhance overall customer experience 💼 What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, communication etc.. 3+ years of experience in user operations, growth operations, or private domain/community management. Strong understanding of user lifecycle and growth frameworks. Solid analytical skills (advanced Excel required; SQL/BI tools preferred). Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
