User Research:Be responsible for user research in the global market, independently execute and coordinate user research projects, deliver effective product improvement solutions and follow up on their implementation.Master complex and comprehensive summarization and elaboration methods (such as user personas, user journey maps, service blueprints, etc.).Formulate and fully implement research roadmaps based on product or market business plans. Data Analysis:Analyze user behavior data and various factors affecting product improvement and growth, integrate user feedback, and cooperate with product, data and other teams to identify problems and explore solutions. Financial Behavior Research:Conduct forward-looking research on the internet finance industry and related sectors, deliver thematic analyses such as changing trends of investor demands and trading behaviors of specific categories of investors, and provide reference inputs for the experience innovation of the product design team Over 3 years of study or work experience , with fluent Japanese or English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of conducting Japanese interviews and work communication. Over 1 year of user research experience for C-end users, with experience in internet products and the finance industry preferred. Experience in data analysis in internet companies preferred, with a strong interest in user behavior research and data analysis. Experience in stock or derivatives trading preferred, with passion for investment and trading. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in psychology, sociology, marketing, statistics, mathematics, computer science or other related fields. Strong curiosity, excellent communication skills and a responsible work attitude.
