Bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience. (Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to four years.)

Responsibilities

The IT Engagement Coordinator will assist the team in managing various programs and activities within the ITS organization with a special focus on professional development for all ITS staff and onboading for all IT professionals from our campus community. The coordinator will assist in developing and implementing professional development programs for all staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge including coordinating special projects and initiatives related to IT services and helping to facilitate the onboarding process for new IT staff members.
The User Research would be expected to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in research and process improvement. The ideal candidate should also have be able to work collaboratively with other units and departments to achieve the organizational goals.
This position is responsible for assisting in the collection, analysis and documentation of Organizational Change Management as part of the Strategy and User Outreach team as part of the Strategy and User Outreach team. This position will collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform results and recommend impactful user-centered adoption of ITS programs and services.
Responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative research for the Organization Change Management (OCM) office through surveys, user interviews, focus groups, and topical research. This includes recruiting participants, formulating questions, analyzing results, and synthesizing report findings centered adoption of ITS programs and services.
Responsible for assisting with the collection of measurements along with the ITS strategic analytics plan, including developing new and maintaining existing surveys and statistics for department programs and operations. This includes collecting and analyzing existing statistical data, identifying gaps in ITS data collection, reporting on the divisions’ trends, and making recommendations on areas of improvement.
Responsible for researching national trends and making recommendations and training documentation for new products, gather best practices in usability, and creating partnerships to reach the strategic goals for ITS.
Responsible for engaging with stakeholder groups to identify research needs. Reviewing research results and creating reports and presentations for the stakeholders to use when making decisions.
Performs duties in compliance with ITS policies, guidelines, and processes pertaining to support requests, work orders, project management, change management, and incident management. Appropriately utilizes associated tools in accordance with ITS standards.
