Location: Remote Type: Full-Time About the Role: As a User Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user satisfaction and retention within our growing iGaming platform. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new users, providing ongoing support, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your expertise will be key to guiding users through their journey, helping them maximize their enjoyment and engagement with our offerings. Key Responsibilities: Assist new users with onboarding and provide them with a comprehensive understanding of our platform and services. Address and resolve user inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Manage user feedback and communicate insights with the product and marketing teams to improve user experience. Develop and maintain educational resources, such as FAQs, guides, and tutorials to help users navigate the platform effectively. Monitor user engagement and proactively reach out to users to ensure they are satisfied and supported. Identify trends in user behavior and suggest improvements to enhance retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate user experience enhancements and initiatives. Experience in iGaming, sports betting, casino, or related industries 1+ years of experience in customer support, user success, or account management, preferably in iGaming or a related industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy. Proficiency in using support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and passionate about providing exceptional user experiences. Familiarity with gaming platforms and user engagement strategies is a plus.
