Marshall Health Network is looking for qualified candidates to fill a User Support Analyst vacancy. With technical guidance from the Network Administrator, the PC/Network Support Analyst functions as a technician performing installation and support of printers, personal computers (PC’s), peripheral equipment, and end user network connectivity. This position is responsible for providing support for institution PC software and performing minor repairs to PC hardware. Assist with the performs training for rend users on PC software, hardware, printers, network access and electronic mail. Qualifications * Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related certifications required.  * Two years microcomputer, network, and printer installation, maintenance and support preferred.  * Minimum A+ and MCP or MCSE certification(s) if no degree.  * Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
The User Support Analyst provides installation and support for printers, PCs, and network connectivity. They also assist with training end users on software, hardware, and network access.
