YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

  • You are the first point of contact for our users and psychologists for questions about our product, scheduling/rescheduling and technical problems
  • You ensure the professional support of user inquiries via email, telephone and chat during our opening hours (Monday - Friday from 9.00am - 6.00pm)
  • You support users in matching and know exactly to which psychologists you have to forward special requests
  • You are in constant contact with team members from different departments, especially from our Psychology, Customer Success and Tech teams

You’ll be successful with these skills:

  • Ideally, you have at least 1+ years of experience in the areas of customer support/ customer care/ user operations
  • Your written and verbal communication skills in German and English are fluent
  • Working with people is your passion and you love to communicate
  • Your high level of empathy is what sets you apart as you’ll need a sensitive feel for the needs of our users
  • You’re extremely customer- and solution-oriented
  • You are a great organizational talent and remain calm even in stressful situations
  • You have an independent, proactive way of working and quickly familiarize yourself with new programs and processes
