We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Support Technician to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that all hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently.

  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $36.07 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4Z 2E

• Give access to computer networks.
• Report on the performance of computer systems and networks.
• Respond to users experiencing difficulties with the computer.
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
• Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
