About the Role:
Cendek Railings seeks a technically skilled User Support Technician to provide IT support and manage inventory systems onsite in Summerland, B.C. This role reports to the Inventory Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues
- Set up and maintain workstations, printers and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with hardware deployment.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory control within the ERP system.
- Support procurement and asset lifecycle management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in IT or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
